How do I know the print quality will be good?

Every host goes through a verification process where they submit sample prints. After each job, you rate the quality. Hosts with consistently high ratings get priority matching. If a print doesn't meet your expectations, we'll reroute it to another host for free.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept STL, 3MF, OBJ, and STEP files. Our uploader automatically checks for common issues like non-manifold geometry, thin walls, and overhangs, and suggests fixes before sending to a host.

How fast is turnaround?

Most standard prints (under 6 hours of print time) are ready for pickup same-day or next morning. Larger prints or specialty materials may take 24-48 hours. You'll see estimated completion time before you confirm the order.

I have a 3D printer. Can I be a host?
